Haa valley lies along the three distinctive brother’s hills (Meri Puensum) known as the “Hidden Land Rice Valley”. These hills present a breathtaking view making Haa valley more beautiful and it is 3 hours away from Paro town by drive.
The temple is located in Usu village and it was built in 7th century during the time of Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo. It houses the monastic body of Haa district and every year the festival is held in the temple.
The temple is located just above the Lhakhang Karpo and was built in the 7th century during the time Tibetn king Songtsen Gampo. According to the legends, rays of light emanated from the body of Tibetan King to this particular place and from there the temples were built and there are different accounts of legends.
